I hope you enjoy all the priceless photos of  Kampong Speu, Cambodia, the village in which I spent a month living life! These are not just pictures of faces but faces of my brothers and sisters, aunts and uncles, family and friends. These aren't just pictures of rice fields but of fields of rice that we cut, bundled and hauled to be shucked and made into my dinner. Our house is not just a house but a shelter from the sun, a place we called home, a refuge where laughter lived and shared stories. Food isn't just food but rice for lunch and dinner! Animals aren't just animals but cows that roamed in every direction and kept us company in the rice fields and our stray dog named 'Rae' who was always at our feet during meals. Cambodia was the first month that I actually started to feel like I was really on The World Race. We slept in our tents, taught English, built really great relationships with the kids at the house, ate traditional food, had minimal wifi and was blessed to see God's naturalistic beauty every single morning when I wake up! Cambodia was fabulous, it was sad to say good bye but on the bright side, HELLO INDIA!

I hope you catch a glimpse of what my life was like in Cambodia! Enjoy!

There's no better way to end the day than with a Cambodian sunset! The picture doesn't do it justice!
