Learning what it means to be fully known.

There’s both beauty and fear in vulnerability. To be fully known – laying out the good, bad and the ugly for others to see is a big risk. Instead of vulnerability we’ve learned to build walls when we get hurt but that false sense of security also traps us into isolation. Living in community is hard, it’s loud, it’s messy and uncomfortable – but there’s so much beauty when you are met with acceptance and love in the places you fear the most.

Vulnerability is a choice and I choose to be vulnerable for the sake of being fully known.
