6 Months!

We leave for Uganda on the afternoon of the 29th. We will be flying to Dubai then to Kampala, Uganda for our 6-month debrief. Ascend the Hill will then be headed to Masaka, Uganda for our ministry location.
I am so excited for NEW. We are starting a NEW year, a NEW continent (after being in Asia for 6 months, even though Asia has been so wonderful!), NEW country, NEW environment, NEW sleeping conditions (tents!), NEW people, NEW culture, NEW food, NEW challenges, NEW lessons, NEW ministry, NEW weather, NEW. I am so thankful that God is so good and revealing to us more of His goodness and making us more like Him.
Prayers: During this time of NEWness, which I am so excited for!, Karissa and Jacob are about to have Sweet P! She is due at the end of January and I am so excited! Prayers for them as they are starting this new adventure of adulthood! Prayers that I will be able to live in the Today of life and not be so anxious to get home and hold my niece and to see my sister in her Mommy Role.
