Today is the halfway mark through the Race!  Can you believe it?

I can’t either!

I have so many mixed feelings on this day.  It is a celebration and it is a wake up call.  It is finally here and it is here all too soon.  I am so excited that I am 5 ½ months into the Race and I am sad I am only 5 ½ months into the Race.

There are days where time seems to move so quickly.  There are days that seem to never end.

I look back on the day when I signed up for the Race, 11 months before the day I left.  The days seemed to fly by!  I was in school, working 3 different jobs, and busy fundraising while trying to spend as much time with my family and friends.  I thought to myself, “That is what 11 months looks like.”  Now that I am actually on the Race, I feel as if time cannot be defined.  I am learning 40 years worth of life in 11 months.  I am so thankful for this time and I still cannot believe that I am doing this.  It is so crazy!

I was just looking back on the past 5 ½ months of the Race and my mind is blown on all that God is teaching me, all that I have seen, all that I have eaten, all the people I have met, all the languages I have tried to converse in, and all the miracles I have seen.

Here are some memories from the Race:

INDIA

NEPAL

THAILAND

MALAYSIA

CAMBODIA

VIETNAM

I am looking forward to the next 5 ½ months on the Race and I am so excited to learn, see and experience all that God is going to teach me.

Thank you all for your prayers, support and love!

Love, Kaitlyn
