- Long Journeys to the middle of the Guatemalan jungle with Marco to meet Kectchee pastors.
- Late night worship session at the Labyrinth with Meg and Andrew.
- Painting ourselves with oil as we made concrete posts with Walter! Sarah and Walter both had amazing uni-brows!
- Celebrating my birthday with the girls at Open Doors Ministry. I miss them terribly!
- Spending a weekend in Costa Rica! Just what our team needed. Only the Pacific Ocean in front of me!
- Helping cook and learning how to make homemade tortillas at the Feeding Station for sweet children like the two below!
- Morning devotions with the Young Life work crew each morning! I miss singing Poderoso with Mario and his guitar or as we worked with Walter!
- Dancing to Backstreet boys with the girls as we worked with Maximo on our last day of ministry at La Finca Vida Joven.
- The baleadas in Hondorus! One of the best foods in Central America! Egg and Avocado with Hot-Sauce and the Onions is the best kind!
- Lake Atitlan! One of the most beautiful places I have ever been in my entire life!
- Waking up to “Hola Gringa!” every morning at the orphanage in Honduras! One of my favorites, Jonathan!
