Here’s an update for everyone!
First of all, I’d like to apologize for my lack of communication with my supporters back home recently.
I’ve found that as much as I’ve been experiencing so much growth, it’s been difficult for me to put that growth into words.
God has been so faithful in showing me the areas I need to work on, as well as guiding me through it.
We also experienced a team change at the beginning of this month in Japan.

Meet my new team: Fight For Love!
It was and has been stretching moving into this new season, but at the same time it has also been incredibly rewarding.
Moving into this new team, I am so blessed to be with Lauren, Libby, and Erika once again, and now I have the opportunity to be on a team with LaShon (http://lashongordon.theworldrace.org) and Stephanie (http://stephaniekettel.theworldrace.org).
Check out their blogs and learn more about my new teammates!
These 5 wonderful women create a team dynamic that is completely different from the last team, but exactly what all of us needs at this time in our lives.
They have all been stretching me and encouraging me to step into and walk in the gifts that are slowly but surely being revealed to me by the Lord.
I love these women and I still can’t believe they’re my sisters *insert big cheesy smile here*.
A little over 2 weeks ago, my squad and I set foot onto Japanese soil for the first time in World Race history.
In other words, we’re kind of a big deal – we’re pioneers for the World Race in Japan!
And the moment I stepped off of the plane and into this country, I felt God’s presence moving here already.
With less than 1% of Japan’s population being Christian, this is probably a little bit difficult for you to believe.
But Jesus said that where two or more are gathered, He is there also.
So it was our privilege to join the already existing Christians in this nation to stir up the Holy Spirit to move in huge ways here.
It has been incredibly encouraging to experience the ways that He’s moving.
Trust me, Jesus is here in Japan – it seems as if He shines even brighter amidst the darkest parts of the city.
Please continue to pray for the Holy Spirit to unlock hearts here and raise up disciples to live out the Gospel among these lost, hurting people.
And please pray for the existing missionaries who are already here pouring their lives into Christ and the Japanese people – namely keep in your prayers Jef and Aya Linscott and their 3 sons.
They’re the contacts in Japan who have been connected with the World Race and they have been incredible.
It’s hard to believe that in about a week, we’ll be heading on to our next country: Albania.
It feels like we just arrived in Japan, and in the several short weeks that we’ve been here, I feel as if I’ve changed into a completely new person.
God is doing an amazing work in me – He’s in the process of making me into the woman He desires me to be and pushing me to walk in the gifts He is revealing to me.
Lastly, thank you for being a continued encouragement to me.
In our togetherness, we experience more of who God is – I’m so thankful for the body of Christ.
