A Barbeque, fireworks, & the rooftop with the team– lying on our backs looking up at the clear, dark sky of stars and clouds with fireworks in every direction we discussed big things that happened every month of 2011 or things that stuck out in our memories.  We were just amazed at how much had happened.  Lying on our backs staring at the sky thinking, “I can’t believe I get to live this life!”  Its true.  We can’t always believe it… its incredible.  There are tears & laughter & moments where we are in total AWE of all that’s happening around us & others where we know it’s a divine moment at our fingertips and we have the opportunity to soak in a moments of incredible things of God's abundant blessings.  We’re soaking in life & all that happens around us.  We’re embracing moments and being amazed at all the crazy random things that happen.  Wes Webb, one of my squad mates once said, “my life runs circles around your wildest days,” and I echo that.  Anything that was normal before has been estranged from my mind and all of the wildest things are now part of our everyday vocabulary.  We live & breathe in the crazy things that are anything but ordinary. And we love it.  So, we rang in the New Year with fireworks like fireflies racing across the sky, with hugs, and with a restful night of sleep.  It was our Indian New Years.

There are so many good things to share with you, so I’m processing all the goodness and I’ll share with you ASAP.
