Moldova, Moldova, sweet land of Moldova!
WE MADE IT!
We traveled from Draganesti-Olt, to Bucharest,
spent a night in Bucharest,
traveled on a 13.5 hour train to the Capital of Moldova
spent a day in Chisnau, Moldova
and have been placed in CORNESTI, Moldova for the month.
I will be working with 2 other teams.
The internet access in LIMITED! And I may have it about once a week.
A few basics– Its COLD. Its been rainy with sleet this morning.
We have no heat, or showers, so we're roughing it! 🙂
We're working with Emmanuel Church and with Vitale, a pastor who has a ministry for Orphans, a shelter for people who have been trafficked, a school, people to teach sewing classes, etc.
We will be partnering with the church to do ministry. This is day 1 of full work here. This morning I helped cook with 3 other ladies. We're doing work on a farm, building part of a home, doing children's ministry and sharing the gospel in surrounding homes.
We are incredibly excited about this month and know that God has BIG things in store.
