A few nights ago, our Squad Leaders got up and gave our whole squad one big announcement: Team Changes. That means that the 7 women I’ve been living with for the last 6 months and I will be separated and new teams will be made out of the 37 of us on our squad. Over the last 6 months, I’ve grown with these women and I love them so much.
This is for you team Priceless, I love each and every one of you.

Those 6 months we spent together were full and colorful
They reigned of red anger
They belonged to exhausted violets,
Foreign hues of blue, and unbreakable spots of yellow.
This time was a blooming pink and an unspeakable shade of maroon.
I’ll never know you same.
These were months of How-to and teach me and share what you have
These months were of beauty and chaos
They were tumultuous and suffocating,
They were life-giving and God seeking
Time is measurable but our bonds are not. The way you’ve seen me and I’ve seen you is something to be proud of, something worth mourning, something to love.
I’ll never know you the same.
