I have officially landed in Nepal, and got the opportunity to visit a monkey temple on one of my first days here. I thought I was just going to hang out with some cute new monkey friends, but God had other plans.

While walking through the temple, I ran into some sweet children who were dirty, and being ignored by everyone else. I naturally smiled at them, which ended up leading to long games of hand slap, and many selfies. I got to declare to them how loved they are, and share lots of giggles!

I got to meet a Christian lady who was selling artwork with scripture on it, as a way to evangelize to everyone who was there worshiping false gods. I was so inspired by her boldness of faith, and she even made us some delicious Chai!

I met some guys who were traveling the world for a year, and got to share my journey with them as they shared theirs with me. And now I get to pray that God uses that to draw them closer to him.

What an adventure it was! I have been learning how to look for God in the loud and quiet places, and I absolutely love letting Him interrupt my days.
