It’s been awhile since my last post! My life has had its ups and downs, but I would love to focus on what I’m blessed and thankful for. Here goes my praise report:
- I was blessed to be the undergraduate speaker at the UH Scholarship Dinner and had the wonderful opportunity to share my testimony to over 400 people and thank all the donors.
- I’m making progress on my summer travel plans. I have two out of my four tickets that I need! I’m BEYOND excited that I’m going to training camp!!!!
- I’ve been getting to know my amazing sisters and brothers who are on Route 3 with me. We have a Facebook group, and we’ve been able to ask for prayer requests, be real, and share our stories. It’s truly humbling and wonderful. I’m EXCITED that I get to travel with these incredible people and share the Word of God with them!
- I’ve finally dropped off my donations that I’ve helped my friend collect for her nonprofit. It’s so much fun giving back and seeing all the clothes, toys, and toiletries be put to great use!
- I’ve completed my 8-week fitness challenge! The past two months have been intense bringing me back to my foundations. I’ve been able to live a more healthy life and I’m happy to say that I’ve lost 2% body fat in the last month!
- I also just completed my session of Dance Ministry classes. My favorite form of worshiping God is through dance, and it was such a blessing having the chance to go back to my foundations and praise him through hula.
- I’ve had the chance to be part of a video shoot that will help show the importance of studying abroad and the lessons/wisdom I’ve learned from it.
- I got to share about going on the World Race and missions in general to a group of middle school and high school students at the school I attended back in the day. At the end of the huddle, we invited them to come down if they felt it in their heart to go on missions one day, and 99% came down. It was powerful having the opportunity to pray over the next generation and feel the Holy Spirit moving through the gym.
- I was able to spend quality time with my hanai family and my family. I’ll always treasure our moments together. To be supported through prayer, finances, and so much more, they are my rock and foundation.
- I’ve hit my first financial goal!! Praise Jesus! It’s been incredible seeing how He provides.
- I’ve had the chance to grow in my relationship with God and embrace the gifts and destiny He has for me. I’ve been able to become bolder in my walk and trust in Him. For when I am weak, He is strong.
My list could go on and on, but these are a few of the highlights that I’ve had since I’ve last updated you all.
Stay tuned because I’ve just created a shirt to support my mission trip and I can’t wait to share it with you all!
