Hey you!

We just wrapped up our time with parent vision trip & it was AWESOME! I had a blast seeing my parents & partnering with many other parents to love on the country of Georgia. [After you read through this blog, please see the video above!]

In this time, we had the opportunity to sit with and pray for numerous homeless people, build new relationships with locals, have a bit of adventure, and really just catch up a lot after these past 8 months.

In this time of what we call “Parent Vision Trip”, I as well as many others on my squad were invited to take part in helping to lead worship as well as speaking engagements.

This was a real stretch for me but I discovered that it was SO much FUN!

I was completely humbled and honored that someone asked me to lead worship one night. Though I was nervous–A TON of fear that once held me back, no longer had it’s place! Worship is worship & all God really asks of us is a willing heart, right on?

I look forward to helping to lead more worship sets in the future…I just have a desire to be available & ready & humbly confident if and when the need arises 🙂

Lot’s of stretching this week, my good gosh.

I also had the opportunity to help teach practical tools and ways on how to share the gospel cross culturally, how to enter into those conversations, as well as an experience of a now dear friend of mine giving his life to Jesus Christ in India as a result of this year. Everyone in the room had an opportunity to say hi to this man & pray for him via Face time…praises for technology WOW!

I also had the opportunity to share on how this year I went from really feeling down in the dumps to incredible amounts of freedom–that can truly only be a result of the goodness of God in my life. Travel & Jesus & community will do that to you, I am convinced! Praises on praises every time my gosh HE IS SO GOOD :).

In that time of speaking there were tears streamed down my face, [where did those come from?!] I did not expect this at all-regardless, it was a wonderful time of sharing & reflection on how God has really guided me to transform & renew my life.

[If you are interested in reading more about this, I have posted a blog separately titled “Learning to Dream Big Again”. Check it out!]

In all this time, many opportunities have come to be a light through word & action. Just to name a few, there were several opportunities that arose to share the good news of Jesus Christ to locals around the area. One literally being on a mountain top, another simply sitting down during a breakfast time, another by someone inquiring after listening to a few of us having fun & singing worship songs in public.

I think God loves to move ANYWHERE! My prayer is to simply have eyes to see what the Father is already doing in a persons life, then partner with Him in that :). So fun & So cool. Several of these people have have recently reached out and requested to get more information on who this Jesus is… I am totally honored to help in that way!

Looking ahead, my new team and I “Taza Girls”, have just arrived in Turkey. We will be partnering with a local church in the area–& helping with whatever they will be needing help with. I believe they have in mind for us to help in the outreach part–walking the streets, prayer walking, & helping to connect non believers in the area with established believers. We are ready & available to do whatever they have in mind 🙂 We’ve got hands, we’ve got feet, we’ve got some musical instruments, we’ve got a voice, & we have a knowledge & revelation of who Jesus is that we can’t wait to share with others on.

It’s pretty wild there’s less than 3 months of this journey left. What the what?! We are coming on the home stretch-& while I am not 110% sure what the Lord has in store for me next.. I have a peace & sense of clarity of what he may be leading me to for at least the next several months afterwards. We still have a nice chunk of time between now & December–so I will save that “big reveal” (haha!) for later on. Thank you, so much, for your prayers & encouragement in my life.

Stay tuned!!!

I hope you are doing so well friend. Never hesitate to reach out & let me know what you are up to or how I can be praying for you. You are AWESOME!

With lots and lots and lots of love,
Kailey
