Hi!! My name is Kailaa Heaney and I am 21 years old from Phoenix Arizona. In May 2016 I will be graduating from Arizona Christian University with a BA in Elementary Education with an Emphasis in Early Childhood and a Minor in Bible. I have been given this amazing talent to be able to play volleyball, run track, and cheer throughout my years of college and it has been so amazing! It has been such an incredible journey being able to use my talent in sports to help others grow closer to God.
Arizona Christian University has been the most amazing community I have ever been apart of. My spiritual growth has grown tremendously over the years and I have used that to become spiritual leader for the volleyball team. I am so thankful for the staff and faculty I have grown close with, and the friendships I have made over the years.
My family is quite amazing and has been supportive in everything that I have decided to do with my life. My mom (Bridget) is my absolute hero, her strength and drive is something that I long for. I have an awesome step dad (Dave) who has done anything for me and has been there for me throughout all stages of my life. I have a 19 year old sister (Breanna) who is extremely strong minded which will be her strength one day. Lastly my dad (Robert) who has such a big heart and who has been my biggest fan in sports throughout my life. Family means the world to me.
