8 months of flights, busses, taxis, tuk tuks, motorcycles, trains, and ferries.
8 months of peanut butter and jelly, paying outrageous prices for snickers bars, wondering when our next showers will be, and exchanging entire conversations with one shared look of exhaustion.
8 months down. 8 countries crossed. 8 pairs of stamps in our passports. 8 ministries poured into. 8 months of passing out on public transportation, praying our bags are safe because we cannot physically hold our eyes open anymore. 8 months of constant change.
but one thing has been consistent.

at the end of the month, we come together as a family, and we worship, and we pray, and we cry, and we fill each other up, and we spread out to do it all again.
but the end of this month, month 9, might be different.
between months 9 and 10, A-squad might be coming together and trying not to acknowledge the awkward feeling that one of our brothers and one of our sisters has left us…
in our exchanges of exhausted glances that usually say, "I love you and I want to know how your month was! but I need sleep! let's catch up ASAP, though!!" they will say "I love you and I want to know how your month was! …and I miss Angela and Spencer."
because our family might look different after this month.

Angela and Spencer fight so hard for A-squad, and they LOVE the Lord, and they have loved 8 nations well.
but they might not get to love our last 3 nations, because they don't have the money.

Together, Angela and Spencer still need about $5,000.00. Please consider visiting their blogs and donating to them TODAY, or my family will be ripped apart.
Please help keep us together!!
