Wrap Up!
This was probably one of the best months of my life. To live on a mission and serve others around the world in a tangible way has meant the world to me. God has opened my heart to the Balkan region of the world and has really put that area on my heart to serve Him! The relationships I have made were sincere and meaningful. I was able to ignite Xheksons family back to Christ. Furthermore, this month has really showed me what true compassion and giving means. The poor families (to which the average Albanian family makes less than $5,000 USD a year) gave bountifully to others in a humbling way. It showed me what love looks likes beyond the language and social borders we had to cross. I really cannot place justice on the value of glabal missions. Some are called to serve and go and well, THANK YOU for allowing me to go! God has moved wonders in m personal growth for Him and His people. It is just an honor to serve the body of Christ and Gods people (especially the poor and needy) and just share life with them. I have learned to be grateful for hte many blessings I was born into, but this month has in fact made me realize that I have not been the best steward for the money God has entrusted me too. I want less for myself to have the potential to serve others in tangible ways in which God has blessed me with. So, now I am not sure if I have just rambled, but God you are so good!
Albania, thank you for loving on me and making such an impact on my life. Xhekson and family, Ardi, Erdi and Arlindi, I will be back next year. Family plans are already in the works!
Finally, thank you God for revealing yourself and continuing to unveil your plans for me!!
