Hello I am Justin harsdorf.
I know Jesus do you?
I want to share what Jesus did for us in a simple story were he met me in my life.
Grace Jesus is grace the act of being able to forgive someone who does not deserve forgiveness. Jesus died on the cross so that I justin harsdorf would not go to hell! Hell is what I deserve! But on the cross his blood covered my sins and yours.
Let me take you back when I was 9 I loved biking back and fourth i would go on our black top drive way. This summer was special because my parents had bought a new ford van!! I was driving too fast and went and scratched the new van. After I told my brother about how I scratched the van and he couldn’t tell our parents. He didn’t but he held this over and I soon was a slave to my brother fearing he would tell my secret..
This is a lot like sin as humans we screw up all the time but equal as bad we don’t share with Jesus or our brothers and sisters in christ we hold it inside ! James 5.16 therefore confess your sins to one another that you may be healed.
Back to the story weeks went on and my parents noticed the scratch and I didn’t confes that I scratced it, my brother still held it over me. Then one night he was asking for water and I broke! I went to my parents room and explained how it was i who had scratched the van.
Do you think they yelled?punished me? Hated me?
No. They gave me grace love and forgiveness.
This is what Jesus offers me justin harsdorf every day! I am so lucky!! We are so lucky!!!
