I have a warm heart to lesotho

My heart is warm. Our team has just left one of the most beautiful places i have been.  Beauty in mountains sunsets stars and people locals and missionaries. My heart is warm.  The main task for these 18 days was physical work.  Preparing for future racers and for helping the home look nicer and produce more and utilize all the rain.  It brought joy and blisters to help care for someones property.

My heart is warm.  We were able to do door to door ministry.  There i met Rosaylyn a 90 year old christian and native to Lesotho.  She loved our conversation and even took an interest in my rock pocket collection.  She laughed a bunch and we were able to pray for her and i ask what advice she had for us. “To follow jesus, to love jesus” my heart is warm.

My heart is warm.  Lesotho was a kingdom in the mountains.  How the mountains would steal my breath.  The sunrises and sunsets.  Eric and I also were able to sleep in our hammocks.  Wow to be able to see the milky way, to see shooting stars (i ran out of wishes) to be able to see the southern cross.  God is so big.

My heart is warm.  There was a series of mountains on our north side. I had the desire to climb one and then walk along the ridge from peak to peak.  Eric Jamie Jon and me headed to the top.  Very fast my heart was warm and my legs were tired.  Half way up Erik and Rentseng joined us two staff from africa 4 jesus.  They are 20 and 22 years old both were herd boys before joining africa 4 jesus.  We made fire ate together and prayed together.  While climbing they even pulled me up with their belt and i was a little scared!

My heart will always be warm for africa 4 jesus.  Pieter and kayla help the community through church.  They also have 7 staff they pour into and they set up so many programs.  It was a true vision and so encouraging to watch god work and hear how be is working in the community of Malealea. I will miss these people and know they are my brothers and sisters in christ!
