Hello all, I have been with Africa 4 jesus the last two weeks.
Ministry looks like seeing people that I saw last year. Hearing what has happened in a year. One of the blessing s is hearing from the host, he helps the people showing hope having a church and praying. We go into the village and pray, cook, see piglets, sing songs worship the same God, and my favorite talk to shepards( people who have cows!)
Here life is slow, the grass is short and the corn looks like a disaster with the population being very low indeed.
The experiences has been making pizza bread, making a grandma smile (growing in loving old people more and more) harvesting wheat, harvesting wood, plumbing for a sink, putting in a toilet, building a door, painting, putting together underground plumbing.
The funny stories, the local cook now says ( oooh wow,) because of me, we climbed a mountain, we had a fire, and we named stars. Life is slow in Lesotho and I get to experience God s love and people pray for Lesotho.
