If I really believed everything in the Bible, I would turn this world upside down.
Ever think that?
Some ordinary, uneducated fisherman managed to turn the entire world upside down. Why can’t I? Why am I not living like I really believe what God says is true? I say I do, but do I live like I do?
Most of us don’t live like that (me included). We go to church. We sing some songs. We give out of our wealth. We love God. We love our life. We like the way things are. We like comfort.
I like comfort. Comfort is the enemy. Fight it.
And so I fight…
I’m not going to live everyday like yesterday.
No more offices, and 9-5 jobs.
I will live like my life counts (and it does you know).
I will pray so hard I’ll get holes in the knees of my pants.
My best life is later.
My attitude will be gratitude.
I promise to water my thirsty heart (regularly).
I have been fearfully and wonderfully made.
My life will have purpose.
I’m going to live everyday like it’s my last.
No more compromises.
I won’t wait until tomorrow.
Today, I’ll turn this world upside down.
