Now that I have already sent my letter out to most of you, I have decided to post a slightly condensed version of it for anyone I missed, had a wrong address for, or who wishes to donate online instead! YOU CAN DONATE HERE 🙂

Dear Family & Friends,

It is with overflowing joy that I get to inform you of my newest missions endeavor. I have been accepted into the World Race missions program, & I will be heading to 11 countries in 11 months (approximately one month in each)!

The ministry on these trips consists of sharing the Gospel, relief work, teaching English, caring for the widows, orphans, poor & disabled, & much more. As some of you know, this trip has been a dream of mine since summer of 2011, & I finally get to do it! After going to Uganda on six short-term trips (Juarez once as well), I believe God has called me into a deeper role in bringing His Kingdom to our world.

I have been accepted into the World Race’s newest & most challenging route. I am deeply connected to this trip & the people I will encounter on it because I feel God has called me to the unreached now more than ever. This is my greatest missions opportunity to date, & I am preparing mentally, spiritually & physically to be spending 11 months bringing God’s love to these people.

I cannot begin express the joy in my heart from finally being accepted into this program, & I hope you will join me in my adventure! First & most importantly, I need prayer. This is going to be a thoroughly taxing experience on my mind, body & soul. In the months leading up to & during the trip, I ask that you pray for strength & encouragement for myself, my team & those we will be ministering to.

Secondly, traveling to 11 countries for 11 months is going to be expensive. I need to raise $17,562 to cover all expenses while I am gone. Yet I am confident in God’s provision & your support for the immeasurable good that will come out of this trip. I plan on paying for a significant amount myself while working for Project Hope Worldwide here in Owasso, & God even recently blessed me with a check from American Airlines for involuntarily taking me off a flight, which is going directly to this trip! But I will definitely need your help in getting it all by 4/30/16 (yes I can still receive donations up to four months into the Race).

Please consider a one time or even monthly donations to help me achieve my dream of bringing the Gospel to these unreached people. To do so, visit my blog (justinbecker.theworldrace.org), click the “Support Me” link in the upper left side of the page & complete your donation as instructed.
