You wanna know, and we wanna tell you, so without further ado:
You will be coming back to Atlanta for Launch!!

*There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Make sure you are on the correct bus! There are 2 different Holiday Inns near the airport – go to the correct one (Airport North).
When you arrive at the hotel, you will receive your room assignment. We ARE booking your rooms for you.
Your parents, should they choose to come to launch, will need to book their own accommodations and cannot stay at the same hotel that you are staying in!

Team Leaders, Treasurers, Logistics, UH leaders, Safety, and Story Tellers:
Arrive in Atlanta on SATURDAY, JUNE 27th.
FLYING IN: Arrive by 5:30 PM. When your flight arrives, you have two choices:
1. You can take the shuttle to the hotel first, check-in, and then eat near the hotel.
OR
2. Eat at the airport first and then go to the hotel. (Better idea!)
Either way you need to be at the hotel, ready to go, with a full belly, by 7:00 PM.
Please note: If you arrive early, please remain at the airport until 2:30.
You will not be able to check in to the hotel until 3:00, and racers should not hang out there before then.
DRIVING IN: You need to arrive at the hotel, ready to go with a full belly by 7:00 PM.
It would be a GREAT idea for you to arrive at 6:00 PM so that you can get settled and make sure you’re ready for the session at 7:00 PM.
Please note: You will not be able to check in to the hotel until 3:00, and the hotel is unable to hold your bags prior to then. Please do not arrive at the hotel prior to 3:00.

Arrive in Atlanta on SUNDAY, JUNE 28TH.
You do NOT have to book your own room. We’ve got that covered!
FLYING IN: You want to arrive at the airport by 3:30 PM and take the shuttle to the hotel. Session starts at 5:00 PM. Dinner will be provided. You will need to bring your passport to this first session.
Please note: If you arrive early, please remain at the airport until 2:30.
