That’s right, folks. You posted, they liked. A HUGE job well done to our wonderful photographers who participated in the competition and to all those who spread the word about your squad’s photos!
The results are in…and we are proud to announce that H SQUAD came in with a whopping grand total of 1,145 likes on facebook! Say what?! Yes, you read correctly. Over one thousand people voted H squad’s photo as their favsies. Impressive. That’s Squad Wars history right there.
As for F and G, y’all raked in the likes with 399 and 507, respectively. Props to ya.
And now it’s time for the big, gigantic, and did I mention h-h-h-huuuuuuuge announcement.
No, it’s not the overall winner of Squad Wars. We wouldn’t make it that easy. The time has come for the final Squad Wars battle!
We have traveled the seven seas, the seven wonders, and to seven-eleven in search of the ultimate squad competition; a chance for squads to prove themselves as victors, conquering heroes, vanquishers, el numero uno. Which squad will be set apart from the rest?
We’ve got spirit, yes we do! We’ve got spirit, how ’bout you?
Your mission: Rep your squad color
In just 5 weeks, squads will gather from far off states, distant provinces, and foreign lands. You wouldn’t go into battle without your armor, would you? Same goes with Squad Wars- why come to training camp without a way to identify your squad? Your challenge is to arrive at training camp representing your squad’s color:
F: Red
G: Green
H: Blue
Make this as simple or all-out as your squad would like. You may all decide to show up in any ol’ shirt–or your squad may choose to come together to design a shirt for the entire squad- well same design that is, not shirt, just to clarify. Embellishments will not be discouraged. The squad with the most squad participation at check-in wins!
Points will be awarded as follows:
1st place: 500 points
2nd place: 250 points
3rd place: 100 points
Come one, come all ye squads F, G, & H and show us your squad spirit! Come dressed in your finest reds, greens, and blues, and we might just lay out the red carpet for you. But then again, it is training camp.
