Follow signs or ask airport employees to direct you to Terminal D and we will be the big group with oversized backpacks near Starbucks.
If you arrive by flight you should depart your plane, exit security toward baggage claim, retrieve your baggage, and then proceed to the meeting location. If you arrive by car, head straight to the meeting location.
Please do not go through security to your gate until you have checked in with Stephanie and Evan. If for any reason you will be late or are lost, you should call Stephanie and Evan and let them know.
Remember, air transportation often includes delays, therefore plan ahead for the unexpected and allow ample time between gate arrival, baggage claim and the time you are supposed to meet. We realize that flight schedules are not always ideal. Plan on arriving earlier rather than later. If you meet with delays or problems, have the following phone numbers available:
