VERY IMPORTANT INFO ON MEDICAL/COUNSELOR RELEASES
If during your interview you were told that you need a medical or counselor release, we need you to do the following BEFORE you get to Training Camp. This is very important!!! If you do not have the form uploaded by Traning Camp you will not be able to go on the Race.
1.) Go to your Admissions page
2.) Click on "My Mobilization Info"
3.) Click on the "Medicals" tab
4.) Scroll down to the bottom of the page
5.) Print off your release form
6.) Get the form signed by your doctor
7.) Scan the document and upload it to the site
