Ok Wow squad, I've been praying everyday at 2pm EST for the hearts and minds of our loved ones. I've been praying that God would reveal His loving plan for us to them; that He would take their hearts and knead them soft as a scultpture would puddy. Then I started to realize that the thing that would bring them the most understanding and is a prayer beyond just the smallness of our own plans would be if we prayed for God to dray them close to Him and reveal His soveriegn love to them so that they may be fealessly confident in Him. Today as I was praying God revealed to me that He wanted US to realize how much He is and that has equipped US to be the body of Christ, to be the hands and feet of Christ which carry light to the lost. God was saying that He wants US to be the ones that fearlessly make known the perfection of the Loving gospel to our families.
See this as highly productive in that there are multiple things God's accomplishing by this call:
1) Bringing loved ones out of the darkness through the light of Truth
2) Growing the Kingdom in people you care for most
3) Better preparing the WOW squad to carry the gospel to the nations
4) Learning more of the power of His love so that we may speak it clearly to others
5) Watching God move in them through our faith in Him so that we may be confident of His Faithfulness when He asks bigger things of us during the WR.
6) Forming our identity in Christ so that we may stand solidly when the enemy tries to shake us.
I hope we can all accept this call and grow closer together through this. Please post God's victories as they happen so that we can all rejoice as a family. God will complete His will, go forward with confidence, trusting that God has your back in these conversations as He has "delivered them into your hands".
