There is something so special and unique about your squad. You guys have once again pulled together and that has produced results. Everyone from your squad has not only met your first deadline, but the majority of you are already on your way to conquering your next deadline. Incredible.
Keep in mind that this is an amazing time for you to finish off your support to become fully funded. Get people interested in what you are about to do. Tell them that you are about to go to and thru Spiritual Boot Camp. Get them to connect to what you are doing and pray you through the process. You are going to have hard days on the field and it makes a difference to have people on your team both finanicially and prayerfully.
