Hi W's–
As I hope you already know, I will be out of the office for two weeks, April 1st-April 11th. Tomorrow is your last day to get a hold of me until April 12th. If an emergency arises and you need to get a hold of someone, you can contact Kim Hillebrand at 770-983-1060 X 327. She is quite busy with her own squads so please contact her only if you absolutely need to. Below I have the official list of things I need you to work on while I am gone. There are 140 of you (2 July squads) and 1 little ole me so you can show your undying love for me by turning your stuff in on time. Also, on the homepage of your team blog, there are some things that you will need to read. Make sure that you do so.
Upload your passport:
Deadline: April 1th
To Do: Re-check/upload your passport info online.
Reason: Our logistics team will purchase all of your plane tickets using the passport info that you upload on line. If you have any errors in your information, you won't be able to purchase your ticket. THE INFO HAS TO BE CORRECT, CHECK AND RE-CHECK!
Checklist: -Does your passport have at least 13 empty pages. 1 Page=1 Side
-Your expiration date has to be after December 2012. If it expires earlier, you need to renew it immediately. If this is your circumstance, email me asap and let me know that you had to send it in.
Travel to Camp:
Deadline: April 8th
To Do: Please read Training Camp info here. You must upload your travel info online accurately.
Reason: I have to combine all of your individual information on a spreadsheet and turn that into our training staff who will be picking everyone up from the airport, or meeting them at the site. This information has to be 110% accurate.
Checklist: -Before April 8th–you HAVE TO Re-Check your flight itinerary to make sure the airline has not made any adjustments to your scheudle.
-Re-check or upload the accurate information that you uploaded online.
-Re-check both your arrival and departure times.
Personality Tests:
Deadline: April 15th
To Do: Take your personality test
Reason: We use these during Training Camp to help determine what team you are going to be on.
Checklist: Make sure that the info is uploaded. You do not need to do the bottom portion of the test.
Pictures:
Deadline: April 22nd
To Do: Upload a bio picture to your Admissions site.
Reason: At T.C. we will have a card with your picture on it and all your information so we can learn how you are quickly.
Checklist: -The picture has to be a clear, close up shot so we can see your face.
– I will be turning all of the pictures to black and white so make sure it will show up.
-If you can get this to me before April 22nd I will think wonderful thoughts about you!
Medical/Counselor Releases:
Deadline: April 29th
To Do: If you have been told that you need a Medical or Counselor Release we need you to get this done and upload the forms online.
Reason: You will not be able to go on the trip or to Training Camp unless you have this in on time!!!!
Checklist: Get-er-done and upload the files.
International Health Insurance:
Deadline: May 6th
To do: Contact Good Neighbor, or the International Health Insurance Carrier of your choice. Upload the info.
Reason: An international flight for life is around $85,0000 dollars. You don't want to be stuck with this bill do you? Enough said.
