I can tell you that so far my experience on the WR has shown me that YES the Holy Spirit is everywhere.
I could see and feel Him in the D.R. and here also in Haiti. The faith of other people and how much they rely on the Holy Spirit is amazing. At times I have had to fight to remember that the Spirit of God is moving today like he did in the Apostles time.
In America we have gotten so technological that the things of the Spirit almost seem like fairy tales. This is a wakeup call not just for you but it is very much to me as well. I want to learn to rely completely on the Holy Spirit in all things. Not just the things that I know are out of my control.

The Pastor we have been working with here in Haiti has been an amazing example to me of how to rely on the Spirit of God. When he speaks/preaches at the church he never prepares a sermon before time. He prays and listens to what the Holy Spirit is telling him that the people need to hear. I want my faith in God to reach that level where I can listen and hear what the Spirit is saying to me and wants to say through me for others.
