Eddie will be traveling with me and will be having his own adventures.
So keep an eye out for his updates as well.
I looked up in surprise, I was flying through the air. Then suddenly I was caught and shoved into this brown thing I head a people thing calling a box.
Where was I, what was I? I could not move but I knew that this “box” thing was moving with me inside it.
Oh you might be wondering who I am. Well I think that I’m a toy but I do not have a name yet. I was just made and I’m on my way to a Store…. Something called the Dollar Store. Not sure what that is but I’m hoping that it is a nice place.
Well I’m here. I’m in a “bin” (not a clue what that is) with others like me. These people kids keep grabbing at me (they are not nice). I keep getting put back in the “bin” but I’m glad because my “bin” is a safe place.
I have been here a long time now. But for some reason today feels different. Maybe my person will come get me today and give me a name! It happened!!!!
She came! Two female persons started looking through my “bin”. I knew that I wanted her to be my person. She was smiling and I could see kindness in her eyes. So I close mine and hope that she picks me. I feel gentile hands go around me and heard her say, “I like this one”. Oh yes! She chose me!
My person’s name is Julie. She has named me Eddie. She is going on a trip around the world and she’s taking me with her. We will be going to eleven countries in eleven months. I’m so excited to be with my kind person and see how she works with other persons.
I get to travel in her Backpack. There is lots of room…. but there is a mountain next to it. I hope she is not planning to put the mountain in the pack with me.
We shall see how this all goes.
So the trip begins for me.
