Hello All!
It continues to be astounding to see all of your donations come in, It quite literally takes the breath right out of me when I see a new gift pop up on my account…I honestly have trouble receiving each one. I feel so undeserving to get to go on this journey … my first response when I see gifts come in is something along these lines: “Wow….no…why am i so blessed Papa?…How can so many people want to give?” … and then He just reminds me of his goodness…and how its all for His glory…then he teaches me each time how to just sit and receive as He compels people to give because its for His Kingdom and not because of me earning anything.
Never thought I would struggle to receive funding…I thought I would be confused when I didnt see funds coming in but I find myself more confused when they do, just because I can think of so many other things to give money too that seem so much more important than me going to Asia for 11 months. I even find myself thinking that it should go to my other squadmates instead of me … 🙂 but he is teaching me to just sit and let him take care of me and allow others to want to give towards this. I share all of this to say- Im amazed and im so grateful for every penny that comes through. I dont deserve it but I am SO glad that Papa has a heart to see me release His heart all over Asia and that regardless of my qualifications or lack there of he provides in the most humbling ways. He is so good yall 🙂 for so many reason that extend beyond this.
At the bottom is a link to my online gift registry for World Race equipment – Its been really funny trying to find out exactly what I need because if you know me, im so not a detail person. Because of this personality trait of mine I’ve really only looked into the major things ill need just because I cant comprehend or begin to process all the little stuff I might need along the way haha basically ill wing it when those things pop up.
I want to give yall another avenue of giving and supporting me on the Race …for those that like to give more tangibly I have put together this gift registry with the gear that ill need in order to go. Ill need most of this stuff before leaving for training camp on July 12th (2 months away!) so I wanted to get this out to you ASAP so that you are able to begin praying about if the Lord would have you supply some of my gear needs. Theres also the option to give to my personal fund, this will be money to live off of while on the Race. So, this will be used for eating out, clothing, personal hygiene needs, etc. Im hoping to have about $200 per month which will provide me with cushion room should I get sick and need meds overseas or anything else unforeseen like some of my gear breaking.
Please let me know if you decide to buy any of these items so that I can keep up with whats already been purchased so that there arent any unnecessary duplicates 😀
