So, the other day we got back to the hotel and decided that we needed an afternoon snack. Over the week and a half that we have been here we have been seeing people selling what looked like waffles. Just down the street from our hotel there is a lady who sets up her little firepot and griddle for a few hours. Well, we decided we needed to try them…and we have decided that the best waffles in the world are made on the street corner with pretty basic materials in Cambodia. We think that the secret ingredient is a bit of coconut. Believe me, we will be taking quite a few meals there!!!
