Hello there everyone!
So, this is the place where I get to share a little bit about myself…and it will be just a little bit since there definitely isn’t enough room or time to share everything!
My name is Julia but I have lots of nicknames–Julie, Jules and many more! I’m definitely a person who loves nicknames :0) Seriously–I have nicknames for everyone that is very close to me.
Well, I am from the beautiful area of Western New York and call home a little town called Westfield. I grew up on a grape and dairy farm with a beautiful view of Lake Erie so I am definitely a small-town farm girl who loves the outdoors, sunsets, lots of space, hardwork, the sounds of locusts in the summer…but who also likes the city :0)
I have an amazing family–my parents, my older brother and sister-in-law and then my adorable niece and nephew! Without a doubt my niece and nephew are the loves of my life!!! It is even better because my niece is a spitting image of me and very similar in personality–makes for a definite connection :0) They are such a blessing to me and have encouraged me and supported me in all the adventures.
I like simple things: sunsets, cupcakes, flipflops, reading, walking, muffins, swimming, biking, rock-climbing, kayaking, doing triathlons ( though I detest the running segment!), hiking, white-water rafting, playing cards–Hands and Foot, Shang, making quilts, baking for others, traveling, worship music, soccer, hand-written letters–writing them and receiving them :0) , spice jelly beans, spending time with my precious friends…just to name a few :0)
I’m excited to be a part of this team and seeing what God has in store for all of us! God is going to shake us up…and astound us!
