God has been so good to me this year. Within the space of almost exactly a year I have dedicated myself for the Lord, applied and accepted to join the World Race, went to training camp, gathered enough gear for the year, launched in January, went to Guatemala,
then Honduras,

and now I am in Nicaragua!

He is also growing and teaching me so much, to rely on him, to trust him, to go to him for my little everyday needs, and to know he will provide for what I ask for. He is faithful and not only answers our little prayers, for the toaster to be free in a room of 50 people at breakfast,

to the big prayers, for a little girl in a sick hospital bed to be healed and go home.

I am learning that I am fearfully and wonderfully made, that he loves me and has a purpose for me in life and on this race that only I could fulfill.

It’s like the butterfly effect. If I was not here, I could change the course of the future negatively forever. He needs me here, even if it’s just a smile, a helping hand, a donation, a shoulder for someone to cry on, a prayer, and a testimony, there is something only I can do here.

Everyone around me is changing, growing, and affirming their identity in Christ.

Here is a video on how God is moving through my Squad lives:

I have learned and seen so much on this race: the garbage dumps in Guatemala, the sick children in the hospital, the healings, the way God moves through people, the children at the orphanage, the construction sites, and the unity of churches in Nicaragua. There is so much love going around here. Everywhere we step is a blessing, a smile we receive an encouragement, every hug a kiss.

I am so thankful the way God has provided through many people the support I need to go on the World Race. Through your help I have raised $8,720 so far, out of the total $16,250. By April 1st I will need to have raised $11,000 to be able to stay on the World Race. I humbly ask for you to prayerfully consider supporting me, either financially or through prayers. I appreciate the support that has been donated so far. I am overwhelmed by the way God provides and how he works, every day is a new learning experience, a new way to see his Kingdom, and new ways to lovingly serve those around me.

Thank you for you love and encouragement this year! Have a wonderful day and God bless!
