Happy Friday!
Isaiah 25:1
“Lord, you are my God. I will exalt you; I will praise you your name, for you have done wonderful things, planned long ago, faithful and sure.”
I wanna say first off, that if you have seriously taken the time to read all of these blogs, BLESS YOU. Seriously, thank you so much for all of your support and extreme love. I appreciate it more than you can even understand.
Man oh man, is God good.
This is a blog mainly just to let you guys know how thankful I am for what Jesus is doing in my life and around me! It’s so crazy how much He is blessing. And I am truly overwhelmed by his awesomeness!!!
When I first started this journey, I was so unsure of it all. I was like, “okay God, maybe this is what you want? I don’t really know, but here we go.” I kind of just stepped out in hopes that He would provide. AND HE HAS! He provided all of the funds I needed for the entire race. He gave me the most amazing group of people to surround me with prayer and love. He showed up BIG in moments where I called out to him and needed Him to be real to me. (Don’t get me wrong, there are still days when I wonder what the heck I got myself into. But he is faithful, and keeps reminding me that he goes with me.)
Sometimes, we wait around for some kind of “sign” from God giving us the okay to start something or to branch out or to take a risk. But this journey has taught me that sometimes you just have to step out. Sometimes we don’t get signs, and we just have to DO IT! You don’t have to have it all figured out. The beautiful thing about following Jesus is that, when you are actually following Him, He’s got your back. He will direct your steps, and He knows the deepest desires of your heart. God is not going to let you down.
My challenge to you (and mostly to myself haha) is to step out!! God’s plan is so perfect. So don’t wait around and just hope for change. GET UP! Have faith that the creator of the universe has things worked out for the best. He knows what’s up.
Thanks for reading,
Jules
