Through out my World Race Journey I have been shocked on how God speaks to me!!
This is my new friend that when I first meet her she was wearing a mini mouse dress!! Her name is really special and so you will find it out later in the story!!
She is two years old and we instantly because friends!!
On Tuesday before we left for ministry I was preparing for my day with some worship time!! I went outside and was playing my guitar and just playing and singing my heart out!!!
Well this is where a little girl who is just getting steady on her feet walks over to me away from her parents and just stare at me with huge eyes!!! All I wanted to do was stop playing and just pick this little munchkin up. But God spoke to me and told me to keep playing because he had a plan!!!
So I kept playing and this little girl did not leave because I was not playing with her but she climbed on the ledge that I was sitting on and with one hand on my shoulder and the other on the top on the guitar she just looked me in the eyes and I sang to her!!!
I sang to her and then she “helped” me play my guitar!!! This lasted for almost 20 minuets and the love that I felt I can not even explain!!
Well right before we were about the leave for ministry we were saying see you later to all of our Côte d’Ivoire Family. At this time I realized that I did not know what my new friends name was and so I went and with my little French asked her mom what my little mini mouse was named!!!
The Response absolutely blew my mind!!!!!
This little girls name is Emanuella!!! The female version of Emanuel. This blew my mind because Emanuel means God with us!!!
So thinking back on what God had said to me earlier that morning about how he had greater plans this was it!! No wonder why I felt that so much love and peace when she looked into my eyes because God wanted me to know what I was looking into his eyes and that heard every word of worship that came out of my mouth and the Joy that it gave him!! This was all shown through such a small little girl!!!
