Walking the streets, entering the slums, walking into clubs and bars, and walking into stores you see the people who go unseen. But are they really unseen??

The men and women that have no option to feed there children or themselves with out begging on the street.

I SEE YOU!!

The children that so much just want to be loved and feel love that they tackle you to the ground to get a turn to have a piggyback ride.

I SEE YOU!

The men and women that are hurting so badly that there only option that they see  helping is to drink all hours of the day.

I SEE YOU!

The Christians in a community that they can not go to church because if they do not work one day they will not be able to feed there families.

I SEE YOU!

The women that are waitressing and dancing in bars because that is there only source of income that they can see and also the place that they receive attention.

I SEE YOU!

The shop owners that are open every day trying to do the best they can for there families while tourists just walk in and out and do not even say hello or how are you today.

I SEE YOU!

This is what I have witnessed so far in Nepal! Nepal is a hurting place with a lot of hurting people!!

But there is hope!! Because not only do I see them but even better THE LORD CAN SEE THEM!!

Staring this month I asked the Lord to really give me his eyes to see His people around me!!

I did not want to just see a street kid, or a women working at a dance bar or a drunk man sitting in the side of the road…. I wanted to see people like God sees them.

I can say that it is not easy to say the least!! Sometimes it is easier to just see a person begging for money and think “they put themselves in this place”, or a person the is drunk and think, “ they made this choice”.

But the reward of looking at people with new eyes is that you can see new things that you did not see before!

The smile that someone has when you actually look at them in the eyes and ask them how they are doing and how there day is going.

The joy a hug, a few piggyback rides, and a hole lot of high fives brings to a huge group of children that have to grow up way to fast brings.

Taking the time to really share about what God has been doing in your life to new and old believers and how God still loves them no matter what with encouragement and seeing the joy in there eyes.

Loving and hugging the men and women that are hurting an drunk and giving them your time to just sit and talk to then and showing them that you care about them.

Sitting in a Dance Bar and showing the Women working there that you care about them and talking with them even though very loud music that they are beautiful and important and that what they say we hear them!! Even sharing a little bit of encouragement through a note that you drew in the bar that you translated to Nepali.

Looking at people in a new way can change your perspective in crazy ways!! Looking at people with the eyes that see you as a beautiful creation make it really hard to see them as something that is not beautiful!!

So Nepal is the home to some of the most beautiful mountains, scenery, and places in the world. But more than that it is home to some of the most BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE IN THE WORLD!!!!

While in Nepal we are working with beautiful people but also for there safety we can not share pictures of them but what I can share is some of the beautiful pictures of Nepal!!!
