$11,500 of the $16,000 goal, folks. I am sincerely speechless. Unbelievably, amazingly speechless. And grateful. And having so much fun loving this true community that God is putting together. I want to remember this moment.
I am flabbergasted. And you should be, too :o). We’re in this together. Your lives, your hopes, your dreams, your hurts, your requests, all linked with mine. Thank you for sharing life with me. Thank you for sharing your requests and your victories! This journey is a living, active one! It started before any of us can really put a finger on it…how did we become who we are…before we all ended up here together…SO THAT we all ended up here together?
God…parents…tragedies…successes…mistakes…falling…rising…learning…growing…connecting…hoping…trying…dreaming.
If you take a look at the “Good Job! You found it!” post…that was my first post, written somewhere around the end of April before the word had even been out too much. And it’s been used as a home base along the way for us as Team SUSHI: Let’s Roll! Sending U Some Hope Internationally. And now adding World Rice squad and Team Beloved Warriors. Community…that was the initial hope. That was the prayer.
That is what is happening. It’s happened! And it’s happening!
Fundraising began as such a new, vulnerable journey and has done a complete paradigm shift in seeing PEOPLE who CARE.
Who ask.
Who pray.
Who encourage.
Who share.
Who love.
Who rejoice.
Please replace any of those “Who”s with You (or I, maybe…either way…the point is for you to see who you are as you read it…or maybe we :o)).
