Over this past year, I have had the privilege of getting to experience so many different cultures, and more importantly, getting to know so many wonderful human beings.

So many people have impacted me and the way I see life, and I will never be the same… and for that I am forever grateful.

With each country came a different skin tone, a different look, a different language, a different culture… but the one thing that remained the same was love.

I was inspired by so many different things… the way they loved the Lord, their selflessness, their joy, their faith in the midst of adversity, their giving hearts, and their desire to love us well… we came to show others love, but they were the ones to teach us what love is really all about.

Around the world I see a God that is very much alive, and I see how He is moving. I see that despite all the pain, poverty, injustice, and sin in the world… there is still so much good, and it is a far more powerful force.

In a world focused on our differences, we can sometimes forget that we all belong to the same Creator, that we are all His children, every tongue and every nation, and He offers us all the same thing. He also calls us all to the same thing, to love one another.

I am so grateful… for every act of kindness shown, for every moment of laughter, for every way my heart broke, for every lesson learned, and for every relationship built.

What you have done will always be ingrained in my heart, and your faces never forgotten.

So here it is, The Faces of 11 Different Countries.

Now we see things imperfectly, like puzzling reflections in a mirror, but then we will see everything with perfect clarity. All that I know now is partial and incomplete, but then I will know everything completely, just as God now knows me completely.

Three things will last forever–faith, hope, and love–and the greatest of these is love.
