When You think about camping you would think of a tent sleeping bag and camp fires. Maybe mountains trees rivers and wild animals. Picture most of that and you would get a small picture of this month for me. If you replace the tent with a wooden hut/house and a mosquito net. Keep the sleeping bag and the camp fire is a gas stove top. There are some mountains in the distance and its the dry season so the river is a creek in a desert, if you replace trees with wheat and rice field.   The wild animals are mosquitos and big rats that die then fall in to your mosquito net below. I wake up cold with a runny nose and whenever the sun comes up. That part is the same as camping.  I don’t bathe most days and if I do it’s from a well pump.  Kind of the same.  There is only power at random times. It seems like at night when your sleeping.

This month as been great I have had some great quite times walking the rice fields. We have done alot of walking to different villages alot! We have passed out alot of tracks which I didn’t really care to much prior to now. I saw the tracks as a part of the word of God and it doesn’t return void, so if they read His words then seeds are planted. So many of these people don’t know the name of Jesus and no one has told them. We told people about the church and talked to them some. As we walked we would go to schools and sing some songs.  I gave a testimony/ gospel message to 15 or so people one of the times. It was one of the first time I have felt my message was clear and focused powerful and effective. I am still really believing that the village will all come to know Christ and not because I had some moment there but you could see it there eyes.  So many peoples eyes said more than why are there white people here they wanted more, they want Him and they don’t even know it. It was a great month to grow with my team my perception of people and of God.
