Well, I arrived safely in Gainesville, GA on Friday night. Steve and I made the treacherous journey through interstates, rain and traffic to arrive in a town where neither of us knew our way around! Thankfully, I had some dependable people to call to get me where I needed to go. My apartment complex is super cute. Nestled back in the country on Lake Lanier. My building sits atop a pretty large hill which I am still a little fearful to drive on. I have 2 permanent roommates with another on the way. Allie from Chicago, Crystal from Maine, and Amanda. We are also a revolving door for AIM visitors, so people are constantly in and out of our place. This weekend we had 4 sweet girls who came in from South Africa with us. Anyways, here’s some pictures of the outside of my building. Once my room is actually put together, I will take some of the inside! Enjoy! Miss you all!

Me atop of my new palace 🙂

Steve standing outside of my building….check out that incline!

We are at the back of the complex and other buildings weave in and out of hills and trees.

Yes, I live on the third story. And those stairs are really cute until you have to haul a desk up them!

So that’s my place! Good stuff 🙂
