Hi my names Josten Stanley and this is the first blog I’ve ever made and I’m excited to get good at blogging. A little about me I’m 18 and I live in southern Illinois. I love to go hiking, backpacking, climbing, bouldering, white water kayaking, and mountain biking. I’ve been drawn to Missions since I young and I went on my first mission trip when I was 13. The trip was to Guatemala to help some local missionaries with their feeding centers. After that I realized that I wanted to be a missionary and so the next year some guys and me went back to those same missionaries and helped build a house for a family. After that I sadly wasn’t able to go back the next few years because I had to work during the time of the trip to pay for a car. Recently though I have been feeling God calling me back to mission work and so I was looking into it and praying about it and I have felt that God is calling me to World Race Gap Year.
