Quick update to my trip! A few days ago our squad leader announced that due to logical reasons our route was changing. Our group is no longer going to Myanmar(Burma), we are now going to Indonesia in its place. Which means we’ll also get to debrief in Bali at the end of that month. Thailand and Malaysia also got moved up a month. This means now our route looks like Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Togo, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, and Peru. I couldn’t be more excited. Funnily enough the day before the announcement My team was talking about how some of the biggest rats live in Indonesia, and how it’s a good thing we weren’t going to go there. God is going to do great things despite the rats. This post is a little shorter than usual, but the news is still big.
