I sit in my tent with my family around me. They sit patiently waiting for me to prepare. I start with the shoes I will be taking into battle. They fit well, as well trained shoes should. I stand up as my mother begins to place my chestplate over my shoulders and my belt around my waist. Well worn itself by my father and their father's before them. As I begin to turn to make sure that I have full mobility my father puts his hand on my shoulder and stops me. He looks me in the eye saying more in the look than words ever could. I bow my head as he places his helmet on my head from his times of battle. As I am adjusting straps he hands me a shield with the family crest. He then walks me over to the table to pick up my sword and spear forged by our forefathers, in noble hands. As I stand there ready for battle looking at the door of our tent I turn to my family as the come around me to pray. In words that brightened my spirits they said " May your hand guide his spear and sword, my your feet show him where to step with his feet. May you use his breatplate to protect him from those who would do him harm. Give him wisdom when to draw the sword and when to call for mercy. Guide his heart in your will." Tears began to form knowing thatI had been prepared for what lay ahead of me. I knew with the ARMOR that was giving to me  no other weapon formed against me could prosper. I opened the door and stepped out knowing I was Anointed Solider of the ROYAL ARMY! Ready to March out to reclaim what had been lost!! Prepared for the Glory of the KING I serve.
