I am almost a week into my second month.  So far I am loving it here in Guatemala.  The city my team, as well as another team Hebron, are at is called San Pedro. We are staying at our contacts house. We are truly blessed to be staying with Pastor Antonio and Pastora Cata. The city we live in is surrounds by mountains. Most of which are volcanos. There is also a beautiful lake called Atitlan. There is no way around seeing God in our surroundings. Our two teams are going into the city each day and playing worship and just trying to find new ways to connect with the people of San Pedro as well as the many tourists that frequent the city. Many of them come here seeing a high from the drugs they can buy. We pray that we can show them something that can feel that void that they have come here trying to feel. Give them a spiritual high that only Jesus can provide. There is still so much for us to see and so many ways we can outreach we still have not figured out yet. God is showing us this month to not depend on structure, but to depend on him to guide our path into the places and the people we need to speak to.  After only being here a few days we received the chance to sing a few worship songs on the radio and Pastor preached over the radio and we finished with a few more songs. It was new but rewarding experience. Our two teams are growing together. God truly brought Team Mashach and Team Hebron to do a mighty work here in San Pedro. We go to Pastor’s church on Sundays in San Pablo, which we have only had one chance to do so far. We song some worships songs there. At the end of the service we were able to pray for a family that had decided to join the church and learn more about what it means to walk with Christ.  I ask that you continue to pray for us to be giving more opportunities to pray over people and speak into people’s lives. Also pray that God continues to show each of us individually what he is calling us into not just in this season but after the race as well. And send up praises  for my support in faith with me knowing that God is going to provide.
