Thank you for visiting my blog! If you are led to support this ministry financially, this post will give you all the information you need to know. If you haven’t read my support letter yet, I encourage you to click here to read more about The World Race and other ways you can support me.

In order to take part in this ministry, I need to raise $15,000. This amount will cover all my travel (air, land, water, etc.) and living (food and lodging) expenses. This amount will also cover training, field support, World Race development, and administration fees. I will also need to purchase international insurance for an additional $752.

Below is a chart of the cost breakdown of The World Race.

Program Expenses (82%)

This category includes direct and indirect costs such as training camp, participant field expenses and support field expenses.

Administrative Expenses (8%)

Our overhead covers all indirect expenses such as our Accounting, IT, Human Resources, Donor Relations, Marketing and Development departments.

Program Development (10%)

Funds are reinvested into the general World Race fund to grow the program and our international relationships.

It would be great to be fully funded by the time I launch in July. However, it is important to keep the following financial deadlines in mind:

  • $3,500 – Due 5/3/2014 (2 weeks before Training Camp)
  • $7,500 – Due 6/17/2014 (2 weeks prior to your trip)
  • $11,000 – Due 10/1/2014 (End of 3 months on the field)
  • $15,500 + $752 (*Insurance) = $16,252 – Total Due 1/1/2015 (End of 6 months on the field)

Financial gifts of any amount will be a blessing to my life and the lives of people around the world. If you would like to support me in this way, here are five options. Feel free to choose the one that is most convenient for you.

Credit and Debit Card Donations
This is a quick and easy option that is accessible through joshuabeebe.theworldrace.org by clicking on the “Support Me!” link on the left side of the page. The site will ask for your basic information as well as your credit or debit card information. Note: A 3% processing fee is added to donations given this way to cover processing expenses. For example, a $100 donation will have a $3 fee.

Written Check Donations
Checks can be made payable to Adventures in Missions with “Joshua Beebe” in the memo line and sent to the following address:

PO Box 742570

Atlanta, GA 30374-2570

Please complete support card below, print, and send it with your check. There are no processing fees for checks.

DynaPay

Dynapay is an option for donating through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), which allows you to set up an automatic monthly donation through your personal checking account. A donor can set up their reoccurring donation by going to the following website: https://www.adventures.org/dynapay and completing the required fields. You may set up an end date for your donations when you set up your account. My final fundraising deadline is 01/01/15 and I will no longer need financial gifts to fund this ministry after that date. I will be in contact with monthly donors when I am fully funded so they can stop their monthly donation. There is no processing fee charged when using DynaPay. Note: DynaPay is for monthly donations only.
