Ahhh, how great it feels to be back on the soil of Cambodia grounds! It's been a long few years as we've waited to see how God would work this all out, and though this is still not our actual move here, it sure has been a great practice round! We are here helping Jordan and Sarah Bergren move here and get settled.

We have been looking at possible housing for them and it just makes September seem that much closer for us! (September is our new estimated launch date.. We were hoping to move by June, but we still have a bit more support to raise financially before we get the go ahead.) But we also know that the Lord will get us here when He wants to get us here! He is good!

Ezzy has been a little champ, she just fits right in, and LOVES it here!

It is definitely another ball game coming back with a child, but this practice round is so encouraging because it is so doable! The long plane ride was LONG, but overall Ezra did AMAZING! She really enjoys our form of transportation here over her carseat back home..=)

Here she is riding on a took took!

We've been introducing Jordan and Sarah to all of our friends and contacts down here so they have some community. There is something so sweet about living oversees, and meeting other foreigners. Not that you want to shy away from the locals at all, but when you are the minority it's so nice to know a few people that really understand you!   That's one thing we definitely want to try to focus on at the beginning.. Learning the language and the culture so that we can begin to fit in with the locals, and reach them! We are putting an emphasis on this for the first 6 months-1 year + when we get here. So many missionaries have told us that it is such a regret if you don't. And you can only go so far without understanding their language and culture.

We were so excited to visit our Children's Home!! It was so great to see them all! The kids have all gotten taller, and Phillip (the younger brother who spoke English) has been teaching the children some English!  Here is a picture of Niain, from the last time we were here..

and this is how much she has grown!

As soon as we got there the kids grabbed Ezzy and they all started having fun.

Three of the kids have actually had older siblings get married and come and get them to live with them now, so that was good to hear that they were back with family. And they have brought in a few new younger kids, so we are excited to hear their stories. Please pray for Phillip, because he has recently come down with a bad stomach bug or something.

Hope to fill you in more soon! We are praying into what God has for this AIM Base! What the Father wants this to look like.. So please be praying with us for vision, health, and finances. Love you all!
