(Man, I told you, not to read this blog!) Oh Well, now that your reading. I dare you to continue …

I do warn you that there is graphic material that will be posted. If you can watch this video it will show you persecution that people face through out the world.

 [1]

Wish I could respectfully share the love of Christ without showing anyone the horrific nature of sin through out mankind. I know many of my friends will be upset with this post, but as many of you know, I don’t shy away from telling you these types of things, so I write to show you that there is more to this story than what we want to see and hear about. This expedition that my team will be embarking is going to witness this first hand. We will witness what it means to be apart of the living gospel. We will be living a life dangerous for Jesus.

 Hebrews 13:3

“Continue to remember those in prison as if you were together with them in prison, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering.”

A person who is killed because of their religious or other beliefs are known as  martyrs.

Man can kill the body but no bullet can destroy the spirit. I have a hard time writing words to express the seriousness of why we need to hold on to our reason for the hope, faith, and love we have in Jesus Christ. I have been convince that I must pick up my cross and follow Jesus! I have decided to follow Jesus, No turning back. Regardless of fear of the unknown, I must go and I must see what it means to be a true disciple of Christ. I must learn from the poor and learn what it truly means to love and depend on God for EVERYTHING.

 Here is a short story.

There was a boy who went to the beach and saw many baby crabs being taken up by seagulls. The seagulls were scooping up the baby crabs before they could escape into the ocean. The little boy had compassion on the helpless baby crabs. He ran over and scooped one in his bucket then ran over to the ocean to set one free at a time. He continue to free a crab just to prevent them from being eaten by the birds. The little boy’s father asked him, why are you doing this? It is impossible to save them all, Son. The little boy looked at his father and said with tears running down his cheeks, “I may not be able to save them all Dad but I can save this one.”

 Hebrews 10:32-34

32 Remember those earlier days after you had received the light, when you stood your ground in a great contest in the face of suffering. 33 Sometimes you were publicly exposed to insult and persecution; at other times you stood side by side with those who were so treated. 34 You sympathized with those in prison and joyfully accepted the confiscation of your property, because you knew that you yourselves had better and lasting possessions.

 Matthew 25:42-45

For I was hungry, and you didn’t feed me. I was thirsty, and you didn’t give me a drink.43 I was a stranger, and you didn’t invite me into your home. I was naked, and you didn’t give me clothing. I was sick and in prison, and you didn’t visit me.’ 44  “Then they will reply, ‘Lord, when did we ever see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and not help you?’ 45  “And he will answer, ‘I tell you the truth, when you refused to help the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were refusing to help me.’
