-You find yourself watching the Korean news channel, close your eyes, and pretend you are in Asia.
-When at the store, and you see an article of clothing/shoe/house decoration that you love, your reasoning to not purchase it is that you are just going to have to give it away/sell it/store it while you are gone, because it certainly is not getting carried around in your backpack for the entire year.
-Rather than most of your internet time being taken up by Facebook, YouTube, or online shopping, you are reading blogs, checking out packs, tents, sleeping pads, etc on outdoor store websites, and researching countries and cultures.
-Many of your sentences start with, "When I am overseas next year…"
-You rack your brain every day for crazy ideas for fundraisers and networking.
-Anytime you hear something about one of the countries on your route, you get overly excited.
-You know that you will be stretched beyond your limits, but you know that the God you serve is mighty and can get you through anything, and you couldn't be more excited about it. 🙂
