It's official……
We are now F Squad!
AIM names the squads by letter to distinguish them, since there are often multiple squads that launch the same month, as well as several months out of the year. Since the beginning of the World Race program, there have been so many squads that the entire alphabet has been used, so we are second generation F Squad.
Along with our official name comes the start of something that every World Racer takes very seriously…Squad Wars. See, there are two other squads that are launching in July, and we (F Squad) really want to prove that we are the best. We gain points through various things, and our first task is to meet our financial checkpoint coming up on April 1st. We must have $5000 by then (or $2500 for single people). Whichever squad has the most people who have reached that goal will win first place, along with the most points. Josh and I currently have $1,929.85 .
