It’s been a little bit since I’ve written a blog post, so I just wanted to provide some updates on fundraising! I’ve currently raised $3,240.00, which is AWESOME! I praise God everyday for the amazing support system that He has placed in my life to begin this journey! Everyone has been so supportive and awesome!! My first Fundraising goal is $5,000 by July 21! I know we can make it there!!
I know what you’re thinking now…. THIS IS AWESOME. How can I give too?!
I’ve got some answers for you!
1. New Fundraiser!! Help me celebrate my birthday!!!
I’m turning 22 on Tuesday, May 31!!! Hooray!! In lieu of gifts this year, I’m asking for donations to my page! Since 22 is such a musical birthday (shoutout to Taylor Swift), I’m asking all of my friends and family to simply donate $22 for my trip to celebrate the awesome 22 years of life that I’ve been blessed with! You can donate here by clicking the donate button above, give me cash/check in person (address the check to me), or contact me and we can figure something out! I’m going to make a super fun event on Facebook for it, so be on the look out for that!
2. Tshirts!!!
If you want one of my awesome tshirts, I am planning on placing another order NEXT FRIDAY, June 3. If you want one, comment here, or send me a message to let me know what size you want! The picture is below, but I might be spicing up the design a little. They’re only $20 so order yours today!!! If you have already ordered one but haven’t received it, expect contact from me this week! Things have been hectic as I moved home, but I’m getting everything together this week!
3. Yard Sale!!!
My family is planning on having a yard sale to raise some money, so stay tuned for a date on that! We’re also accepting donations, so if you have anything that you’re looking to get rid of, contact me about that!
4. Support Letters
I am currently putting the finishing touches on my support letter, and I anticipate sending them out next week (Hopefully!). If you want to receive one in the mail, feel free to contact me and send your address!
5. General Donations
I’m always looking for more friends and family to partner with me as I do ministry this next year! If you have any questions about the World Race, feel free to reach out and ask! I would love to get coffee and talk if you have any questions before you donate! Also, please consider making a monthly donation. Even if it is only $20 per month, every little bit helps! Some of my supporters have voiced that they enjoy this option because they can give more over a period of time, rather than giving a lot of money at once!
